There are eleven categories of questions. You may skip a category if it is not applicable to your organization. This is about your organization, so you have the best reason to be honest and objective.

Your score will be totaled by category. The analysis will give you insight into the categories where your organization is most effective and categories where you have opportunities for improvement.

The last step in the process is to plan what opportunities are available to you in order to become more effective. Suggestions and ideas for ways to become more effective are provided by category.
