Toolkit Photo The Leadership Toolkit helps you assess the effectiveness of your organization and examine ways to become more effective. If your organization is small, there is a Human Resource Manual available for you to download and use in your daily operations. Annotated bibliographies, and other references to books, articles, experts by organizational function, and other analytic tools are available to help guide you as you work to strengthen the effectiveness of your organization.

This section is dynamic because it is the gateway to input from anyone who has discovered a particular resource, promising practice or tool that has proven to be useful in increasing the organizational effectiveness in his or her operation. To contribute to our site, please email us.
