Workshops/Retreats

Regional retreats are convened across all subsectors of the nonprofit, business and government sectors to reinforce the learning, to explore promising leadership practices, to share the latest research and discuss its application, as well as to identify research needed to strengthen leaders and improve organizational effectiveness. The retreats provide experiences that renew and nurture the spirit and help participants focus on processes necessary to grow from within. Retreats are convened in cooperation with organizations working on leadership and/or organizational effectiveness.

Centerpoint for Leaders Programs: Leverage the Centerpoint's catalog and eye-opening analysis of the successes and failures of leaders nationwide, past and present — in jobs similar to yours — to add the benefits of years of experience in a matter of hours.

• Centerpoint for Leaders Presentations: Sandra Gray's Presentations are known far and wide. She is invited back by audience participants so often that she doesn't even advertise or work with a speaker's bureau.
• Centerpoint for Leaders Workshops: Centerpoint's Workshops are intensive roll-up-your-sleeves half-day onsite sessions.
